Haberfeld Associates, LLC. (“we”, “us” and “our”) is an independent company providing marketing and communication services on behalf of financial institutions. We administer this web site (the “Site”) at the request of and under an agreement with the financial institution described on the Site (the “Financial Institution”). The Site is not an official web site of the Financial Institution. We are not a financial institution and do not provide financial services or products to consumers. The Site is established to provide consumers with information regarding the Financial Institution and to help consumers communicate with the Financial Institution.

Our commitment to privacy 
We firmly believe in the importance of online privacy. To ensure your privacy is protected and your information choices are respected, we have set out in this Privacy Policy an explanation of the privacy practices for the Site. Please note that this Privacy Policy is for the Site only and is not applicable to third-party websites, apps, widgets or plug-ins that may from time to time be linked from the Site.

Your Personal Information, submitted through the website form, is forwarded to the Financial Institution so that their customer service representatives may contact you. If we need more information to process your request, we may contact you using the Personal Information you provide to us.

We use Behavioral Information collected for a variety of purposes, including to:

  • deliver advertisements to websites and mobile applications on behalf of our financial institution customers;
  • enable our financial institution customers to determine which advertisement may be suitable to be delivered to you;
  • to monitor the success of and manage advertising campaigns; and
  • compile statistics, create reporting and analytics – all of which are done in the aggregate and without identifying you.

Information we share 
We may share and disclose Personal Information or Behavioral Information in the following circumstances:

  • Financial Institution Customers – we may share Personal Information with the Financial Institution to fulfill your requests for customer service;
  • Financial Institution Customers and customers’ partners – we may share Behavioral Information with our financial institution customers and customers’ partners for lawful advertising purposes;
  • Vendors, consultants and other service providers – we may share Behavioral Information with third party vendors, consultants and other service providers who are working on our or our customers’ behalf and require access to such information to undertake that work (e.g., to provide data storage and processing services);
  • Compliance with laws – we may disclose Personal Information and/or Behavioral Information to a third party when we are legally required to do so in order to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or government request, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements;
  • Vital interests and legal rights – we may disclose Behavioral Information where we reasonably believe it necessary in order to protect the vital interests of any person, or to exercise, establish or defend our legal rights; and

If we learn of a security systems breach, we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps. By using the Site and/or any other services covered by this Policy and providing Personal Information to us, you agree that we can communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy and administrative issues relating to your account information and usage.

We will retain Personal Information we process on behalf of our Customers for as long as needed to provide services to our Customer. Remarketing information captured about visitors to our Website is retained for 540 days.

If we change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes on this page in addition to updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this webpage. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy frequently to stay informed of the latest modifications.

Children 
Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from such individuals, except when verified as provided by a child’s parent or guardian as necessary to provide products or services requested on behalf of the child by the child’s parent or guardian.
